Do NOT give your credit card information to this company for deposits. They will steal your money and then lie about returning it. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, including calls and emails for deposits. They will steal your money and then lie about returning it. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, including calls and emails over the span of three months, I have received no legitimate response. When I requested proof of the deposit return, they gave me nothing more than a handwritten note. This is fraud. Someone within this company is clearly pocketing the funds. If you’re not in the process of purchasing a car, don’t expect a single callback unless they need more money from you. This dealership operates with complete disregard for customer service and trust. It’s beyond time for the authorities to investigate. This business should be shut down. More

I saw this certified pre-owned vehicle for sale on their website. I spoke with two sales person over the phone to inquire about pricing of the vehicle and possible discounts. Against better judgement I decided to drive an hour up there anyways for a test drive of the vehicle. After the test drive, at the table with a different sales person, I was presented with an out the door price break down. To my bewilderment, there was hidden fees that the dealer tacked on, but was not disclosed on the car's listing. The car is listed for $32,656, but with the undisclosed fee, the car became $38,146. Nearly $5,500 increase. If the listing is for a CPO car, then the certification fee and inspection fee should have already been incorporated to the price. This stealership makes deceptive advertising to lure customers in. More
