Following up on a call from my salesman, Bill, we worked out a plan to end my lease agreement with Nissan and buy my car outright. Back in February of this year 2011 I bought a 2010 Nissan Altima. Travis sold me the car great guy to deal with. At the time I had no car and was driving a rental car. The general manager heard the conversation I was having and said to me that he would send 2 employees with me to return the rental car. I went to this dealership on a Monday thinking I was interested in buying a pre-owned Rogue. Julian came to help me right away. He even took me to the new car section to see if I might like those. And he was right, I did. I fell in love with one of the cars he showed me immediately! He continued to be patient with, letting me think over our deal overnight (even though I spent 2 hour of his time looking at cars and figuring out pricing). By Wednesday, we made a deal. This by far was the best experience when it comes to car buying!! I've been to other dealerships prior to the one in Hasbrouck Heights and had such a horrible experience that I was on defense mode as soon a buying!!
