We would like to apologize for the problem with registering your vehicle in Pennsylvania. Your original review on Dealer Rater was a very positve one boasting about the excellent certified pre owned vehicle that you drove a long distance to purchase from us. You explained what a great price it was, what a great vehicle it was and also what a pleasure we were to deal with. However, when we processed your paperwork for the state of Pennsylavania, there was a delay and a definite communication breakdown on our part. We do not find it acceptable for our customers motor vehicle work to be delayed nor do we find it acceptable that your calls went unanswered. For that we are truly sorry.
