No one on the dealership is helpful. After you buy your car from them, they are no longer interested in helping you. I took my car in to get serviced & Tony told me I had to pay $99 repeadedly before he e car from them, they are no longer interested in helping you. Then, after he got rude & talked down to me & John Cortez the manager got involved, he (yes, the manager of the service dept.) proceeded to tell me that he didn't have to help me. I spoke to the General Manager who made excuses for his employees & in the end did not help me to get my car fixed. I ended up having to take it to another dealership who was more than willing to help me with my repair. More

Due to the poor economy I have suffered recently but regardless, I needed a car. I travel for work and needed something reliable and the Rogue was a good choice for me. The people at this dealership, namely Nelson, the salesman and Jeff, the finance rep. were absolutely great to deal with! They understood my need for a vehicle, did not make me feel any worse about my situation than I already did and they did their best to get me into a car I am very happy with. I would definitely recommend them to others and in fact my mother will be in the market soon and I am going to send her there. More

I orginally planned on getting a preowned vehicle, instead walked out with a brand new 2010 sentra. Now because of my credit not being much, I didnt think I would qualify for anything brand new!! He was very professional and walked us through the whole process. He explained everything and answered all questions. When we came back to provide the dealer with the insurance information a few days later he was just as pleasant. I would recommend anyone who is interested in a new or preowned, do not go anywhere else! I'm sold, I will recommend, and come back here as long as I can.
