Before I came in I called Rt 17 internet dept and spoke to Derrick. Very helpful. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the Managers Jay and Tony. Those two introduced me to my Salesman Chris. A few issues came to light, The passenger Rear Door is not fully latching(the door can open while the vehicle is in motion), It had a clean CarFax but under further investigation the vehicle had its rear bumper and crash bar replaced signify as rear impact causing body panels not to line up properly. The various modules had communications failures The rear power hatch, Lane assist Module, Headlight module,Instrument cluster module. The rear cargo compartment was filthy and had shattered trim(areas that you would be putting your hands on all the time. We regardless made an offer at what we though was a fair offer for a vehicle with its issues. Internet advertised price of 19990. Window sticker price 22900. At 17000 all in with trade we were informed that we were too far part on price and they counter offered at 21958. No thank you obviously rather sit on a vehicle for 5 plus months that has bounced between multiple store within the auto group, rather than sell it to a motivated buyer. Also when informed that this would be a cash sale with trade, the push for financing was ridiculous and unnecessary. The salesman Manuel Vargas was overall pleasant to deal with but unfortunately is higher ups are the ones that need to learn that they are in a business to move cars not hold on to them. More

I just signed for my 3rd consecutive lease with Nissan and I'm experiencing buyer's remorse. I had spoken to a manager named Alex over the phone who promised me a cheaper deal than the last lease which im and I'm experiencing buyer's remorse. I had spoken to a manager named Alex over the phone who promised me a cheaper deal than the last lease which immediately went out the window as soon as I arrived at the dealership. I told both Alex and Benny at the dealership that I didn't have a lot of time to spend there, but Benny sat me down and went "to talk to Alex" and came back with some numbers that were much higher than what Alex promised me on the phone. I am not good at confrontation or bargaining so I ended up settling on a price for a Rogue S without any extra features that is higher than what I paid last lease for a Rogue SV with lots of features. Ultimately it's my fault for agreeing to this deal but the inherent dishonesty that comes with the car buying process sucks. I was rushed into making a bad deal and now I feel like a total sucker. They didn't even cover my excess mileage so I have to pay for that too. There was no appreciation or incentive offered for being a Nissan customer for the past 6 years. When this lease is done I'm done with Nissan. Update: I was contacted by a manager named Jay who offered to pay for my extra mileage in exchange for changing my negative review. I was busy, so I said I would call back later in the day. He didn't answer so I left a message that day and again the next day. He has not called back or answered any of my calls since. I paid for the mileage myself and have accepted that I got conned into a bad lease. Don't bring your business here. They don't care about their customers at all. More
