Wonderful experience I was a Honda customer for 3 years, but had a bad experience during my last lease period. I wanted an affordable vehicle so I decided to go to Nissan. I was a Honda customer for 3 years, but had a bad experience during my last lease period. I wanted an affordable vehicle so I decided to go to Nissan. I had the pleasure of meeting Engell and Manuel. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. They were patient enough to answer all of my questions. This was the first time that I did not feel like a customer at a dealership. Engell and Manny welcomed me as part of their family. Customers are making a 3-5 year commitment to a vehicle. You should be treated more like a part of a family than a number. Everyone at Nissan, starting with the friendly receptionist, all made a wonderful, trusting impression. I look forward to being a loyal customer for many years to come. I walked in and was greeted by Abe and i told him everything i needed in my I shopped 2 different nissan dealerships before going to route 17 nissan. Honest !
