Exhaust shield and keys I have 2014 Nissan Rouge with 37000 miles on it. There is a problem with the exhaust shield and the keys. I was told it will not be covered under warr I have 2014 Nissan Rouge with 37000 miles on it. There is a problem with the exhaust shield and the keys. I was told it will not be covered under warranty because it is over 36000 miles, which I was okay with. I dropped off my car on Friday afternoon so they can take a look at it first thing Saturday morning. I also asked them to call me with an estimate before anything gets fixed, and they told me that they would do that. So on Saturday I waited until 3:30 PM to call them because nobody bothered contacting me. I was on the phone with some lady and she said the car is fixed so I can come and pick it up. I said “Someone was supposed to call me before anything gets done on the car.” her response was “The manager will call you.” So I waited another 30 minutes and nobody called me. I decided to take a ride to the dealer. When I got there apparently my car was not even looked at. Nothing was fixed and their excuse was that the gentleman who we spoke to Friday was not in today so they did not even do anything to the car. They were also going to keep the car until Monday without calling and letting us know. Thank god I called, as we need our car for Monday. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Sketchy - Beware... We purchased two of our cars at Meadowlands Nissan, and utilized the dealer's service. Beware. The dealership is EMPTY. The service rep told me they are "in transition" to another dealership. The place is a ghost town. The service advisor told me that if you need to pick your car up after 5:00pm they'll simply leave the keys in the car in the front of the store, and that they were not responsible if the car was stolen. They told us it was $150 just to examine a rattle in your car. Everything about this seemed sketchy, so we left immediately. Beware....... More

Wonderful experience I was window shopping not really expecting to buy (lease) a car for another 2 months. Abe was my salesman. He is amazing, very patient (since wasn’t I was window shopping not really expecting to buy (lease) a car for another 2 months. Abe was my salesman.
