I have been dealing with him since I first walked on the lot about a month ago. We immediately liked him from the moment my husband and I first met him. We had just left Quality Automall (Ford dealer) just down the road on route 17 N, who by the way, were HORRIBLE!!! Michael greeted us, was very professional, listened to our needs, and above all, DID NOT PRESSURE US!!! It was a breath of fresh air. We had been back and forth on the phone, multiple trips to dealership. He never pushed any car until he matched our needs and found exactly what we were looking for. He was also very knowledgeable about the brand. If you are looking to purchase or lease a Nissan, I would highly recommend going straight to him. My husband and I had narrowed our search down to the Ford Fiesta or the Nissan Versa Note. I can honestly say that the final decision came down to my pleasant experience with Michael. More

1st satisfied, now not happy turn in not exacuted per lease Purchased 2 vehicles in one day with the contract to include the turn in of our Kia's. Only to find out 4 days later that Nissan wanted us to remove t Purchased 2 vehicles in one day with the contract to include the turn in of our Kia's. Only to find out 4 days later that Nissan wanted us to remove the Kia's and handle the return on our own. Apparently they have never dealt with a turn in for Kia before and now we have to insure 4 vehicles. I informed Nissan that they would have to keep there Nissans until October then and the response was to late your new leases are already funded. Now I am stuck with 4 vehicles that have to be insured. I just feel that Nissan should have done whatever possible to satisfy us as the customer not worry about the month end quota, now I will not lease again with Nissan after the 3 years nor Kia. More

Rip Offs! If i could, I would give this place zero stars. I'm agreeing with the previous reviews - this place tries to rip you off. When i purchased my car a year and half ago, I purchased the extended service plan plus free lifetime oil changes. When I went to get my oil change done, they tried to charge me. Apparently it wasnt "inputed in their system." Some servicing also had to be done - which they tried to charge me for again. When I asked to talk to the manager, Jim Cavuopo, i asked him to show me my initial paperwork that i signed when i purchased this car. He turns around and tells me, "even if barack obama asks me for the paperwork, i cannot show him." Than Ibrahim Morris decided to jump in and give his whole speech and wanted to charge me $1000 for the plan, which I have paid for. What BS! Hope this place gets its act together - will go for my free oil changes and that's it! Not surprised to see next to no business at this place. The two managers names Jim Cavuopo and Ibrahim Morris need to learn what customer service is. More
