Route 17 Nissan

I called the number on the website to schedule an oil change. I was told I did not require an appointment for an oil change and to just come in. I found that odd as that has never been the case for the 1 change. I was told I did not require an appointment for an oil change and to just come in. I found that odd as that has never been the case for the 10 years I have been coming to this dealership. I arrived Saturday to be told that I do require an appointment and it will have to wait over an 90 minutes before they can begin to service my car. I explain my frustration that I had tried to make an appointment but was denied by the person on the phone using the number on their website. Their only response was "it's not our fault". I've been a customer of this dealership for 10 years and have gotten two cars from here. They made no attempt to apologize for the miscommunication or to make any sort of effort to make this ok. Telling me "it's not our fault" when it is your fault made it so that I am questioning ever coming back to Route 17 Nissan. Worst experience I have encountered there. More

The salesmen lied and stated it was to cover the vehicle for major repairs for 7 years and 100K miles Roadside assistance and Trip breakdown. . When looking closer it was based on the original date. This is robbery!!!! Why would I need Roadside assistance for a fee when and trip breakdown when I have AAA Plus which I already pay for? We walked out and will never return. More
