I was given a range of options AND what I like most is that he took his time. I'm extremely picky and I was nervous about the situation and he helped out a lot. I finally financed a Lexus is250 and I am in LOVE. The car was washed and everything was checked before I drove off the lot. I appreciate Engell a lot he was on top of letting me know about the plates, answered any questions I had, etc. from start to finish it was a great experience.
