Brian did not know anything that takes place in the facility and keeps falling back on the "im only here 2 weeks" line. You can't get anyone to call you back. I called 3 times on Monday 12/30/13 and spoke to Brian who never had any answers. Instead he would just not call back when he should have just given me to Paul who was dealing with the appraisal end so he could put me at ease that everything was being done to get things going for me. Today 1/02/14 I called twice. The first time I spoke with a new sales person who said he spoke to Paul and would call back in 30 minutes, and needless to say that never happened. I called back the 2nd time and no one was available. They are all too busy. Now one of the vehicles I was interested in is no longer showing available online. This is not a company who shows consistent concern with their customers when there might be something better around the corner. More

They dealt horribly with a lease I had problems with time after time after time .. Took our 6k$ down payment and said here take this car which had no comparison to the car I previously had that was worth upw after time after time ..
