Three weeks ago today, I picked up my 2011 Nissan Altima coupe. I love the car and dealing with Meadowlands Nissan was a wonderful car-buying experience. They make you feel welcomed and then kick you to the curb. I have never had to chase a sales person down to get quotes, estimates on appraisals, or answers. Brian did not know anything that takes place in the facility and keeps falling back on the "im only here 2 weeks" line. You can't get anyone to call you back. I called 3 times on Monday 12/30/13 and spoke to Brian who never had any answers. Instead he would just not call back when he should have just given me to Paul who was dealing with the appraisal end so he could put me at ease that everything was being done to get things going for me. Today 1/02/14 I called twice. The first time I spoke with a new sales person who said he spoke to Paul and would call back in 30 minutes, and needless to say that never happened. I called back the 2nd time and no one was available. They are all too busy. Now one of the vehicles I was interested in is no longer showing available online. This is not a company who shows consistent concern with their customers when there might be something better around the corner. More

Just bought a slightly used rogue from Meadowlands Nissan. It was a great vehicle at a great price. There were however a few minor issues and imperfections.
