You start by noticing all the different automobiles on the road or in the parking lot at work. Then you go to your favorite auto sales websites and look with great amazement like a kid on Christmas morning. You plug in your modest yet respectable dollar amount and let the website search engines go to work. You see car after car that you never thought you could ever own, and their all possibly yours for that dollar amount you searched by. Then the reality hits, and you remember the situation you encountered when you bought the car you’re currently driving. Like a man who gets a tattoo or a woman who has a child after a few years’ pasts since your last one, you forget THE PAIN! I am taking the time out my very very busy day to write about my experience at Meadowlands Nissan on 9/23/2013. Several months ago my girlfriend and I found out we were pregnant. A month later she had a beautiful diamond ring on her finger (a car payment at that I might add). Once we got engaged we started to plan for our future together as a family. We started to look at the things and possessions in our life that either aided to our plan or took away from it. My Fiancé (it makes me feel like such a grown up to say that) at the time owned a 2009 Nissan 370Z (yeah she looked SUPER HOT in it). Now this car as great as it is, does not work for the family means of transportation. So we both knew it was time for her to change this vehicle in. Being the alpha male that I am, I told my fiancé I’ll find you any car you want and we can make this happen. My fiancé has had nothing but love for her car since she first got it. On the few occasions the car needed service, the service technicians at Nissan were extremely pleasant and took care of everything. So it was a Nissan again for her. As much as I tried to sell the lower monthly cost in a very reliable and attractive Rogue, my beautiful princess of a fiancé wanted the Murano (with leather of course). So on 9/23/2013 I set-up a game plan of 4 potential Nissan dealerships in a 30 mile square radius. Since my fiancé still has her residence in New Jersey, we knew it had to be a car dealership there. The journey began at Meadowlands Nissan, simply because this is where she bought the 370Z she currently had. We weren’t able to locate the exact pre-own Murano type she wanted on their web-site but since she had done business with them in the past and enjoyed it we figured we’d give them the first shot. Well all I can say is that the staff at Meadowlands Nissan has made a lifetime New Yorker (born and raised) want to change his residence to New Jersey (not even my beloved Jets moving there years ago would make me want to do this). Luis Urina was our salesman and from the start he won us over with his ability to make us feel like he wasn’t trying to rob us or get us into a car we simply did not want. We explained what we needed and what we wanted and I can honestly admit to breaking every cardinal rule when I had the audacity to say what we wanted to spend! Instead of using this information against us to up-sell us or talk down to us, Luis simply brought us inside off the lot and got to work locating the Murano in our price range on his on-line inventory. Now this whole process was one complicated by that 370Z. My fiancé owed a substantial amount of money on the car and we both knew that some of that was going to be eaten by us. But I was extremely surprised when the team at Meadowlands Nissan gave us exactly what I thought we’d get. Now the only time I had to get even the slightest bit tough was with the financier, which is always to be expected. However, this was in no way a reflection on him just simply my fiancé and I wanting a different monthly figure then the one he first gave us. However, after an e-mail and a phone call the Financier was able to get us exactly what we wanted to pay, with the extended warranty and GAP Insurance. To sum it all up, I say buy Nissan from Meadowlands Nissan in Hasbrouck Heights. Most importantly, work with Luis Urina because the guy is a down to earth family man who simply wants to make your transportation necessities more enjoyable (and affordable). Thanks again Guys! More

JR Vega was the best person we have ever met when getting a new vehicle! Answered every question I had asked every day for about a week before we even set foot in the dealership! The general manager Marc, made use we were purchasing what we wanted and were happy with everything. He oversees everything in the dealership to make sure the customers are being helped and took care of any concerns and questions we had. The experiance was so smooth and hassle free, that when we returned to pick up our plates, I had to thank everyone again for the great service we were given. This was the second purchase we have made with this dealership and we would not have to think twice about returning. Brought car in for service and 24 hours after mechanics touched the car the engine seized. Called the dealership and TH said I can't prove his mechanics did anything. When we walked into the Meadowlands Nissan dealership, we were immediately greeted by a smile and hello from the friendly receptionist at the front desk. After telling her what we were interested in seeing (CPO Rogues and Muranos) she directed us to seats. We were then greeted by Eddie Singh, who immediately made us feel very comfortable. He had an easy going and friendly manner. He gave us an overview of the dealership and himself before asking what we wanted to see. He was very helpful in taking the car for a test drive, ensuring that we got a feel for the car and tested everything on it. They helped us secure a loan and work out a payment plan that worked for what we wanted to do. The only knock on the experience was the time it took, from when we said yes until we left with the car. But to be fair, there was paper work to be done with banks and insurance companies and they made us feel comfortable as we waited. More
