What a friendly and pleasant group of people..as soon as I walked in the door anyone that saw me either smiled or said hello as if they knew me. I have to admit that during part of the visit I was feeling a bit anxious and overwhelmed, as many people do at a car dealership, but after speaking to several staff members I realized that my anxiety was mostly because I was too preoccupied with what my financing interest rate would be, lol. The process of making a good deal was a lot longer than I would have liked, but the day I picked up the car was so much faster! I recommend going "before" dinner hour. As for the staff that I dealt with..it was thanks to Engell.. after meeting him when I made a quick stop to look around the lot is what made me go back. I stopped him in the lot, he stopped what he was doing to answer any questions I had without rushing me and he just seems like such a friendly and good guy. Eddie S was my sales guy ,he was very friendly and actually has a very funny sense of humor, which worked well for me because I must have asked him a million questions! lol..But he answered all of them! After a deal was made, Eddie listened to any issues I had with the CPO and when I came back to pick the vehicle up, nearly all issues were addressed..he even through in a couple of unexpected extras too! :) Xavier is the sales manager, I only dealt with him briefly, he discussed the vehicle price with me and told me a bit about the car..very nice guy. Next the Finance guy, German. He took time too explain everything to me, answered ALL of my questions, let me read documents before signing and he never made me feel rushed. He's very good at his job and I'm sure his calm attitude benefits many of those making a purchase. Thanks to all of you for helping make this such a nice experience! Gina More

When I arrived, he introduced himself while starting the buying process right away. It didn't take me long to decide on buying the vehicle (used). As we were looking over the Frontier I was interested in, Xavier Salazar was already starting the process of appraising the truck I would be trading in. The longest part of the process was for financing to acquire a loan. I knew this would take some time. I am completely certain the finance team moved as fast as possible. In the end, I was out of the dealership within 4 hours. Considering I never contacted the dealership until the day of the purchase, I'm not sure any other dealership could do better than the 4 hours. I would recommend Meadowlands Nissan any day! More
