Overall, our experience was wonderful. At one point, we were told "five minutes". This actually amounted to forty-five minutes. We certainly have no problem being patient and completely understand that there may be a wait to finalize the details of our sale, however, would would have appreciated a more up-front, honest, and accurate description of the amount of time it would take so that we could have planned accordingly. I went into the dealership to test drive/look at 2 cars I had my eye on; the Rogue and the Juke. After discussing a few details about my life & what I'd be using the car for, we decided that the Juke would had my eye on; the Rogue and the Juke. After discussing a few details about my life & what I'd be using the car for, we decided that the Juke would be too small (as we will be hauling musical equipment, etc on occasion). I told him that there were several things I wanted in my vehicle; MOONROOF, AIR CONDITION & FOG LIGHTS. He found me a Rogue that we did the test drive in that had the fog lights and A/C and said that they could have the moonroof "factory installed" (without having all the other "bells & whistles" that I would have had to have to get the moonroof) With that being said, I asked him if he could do that AND get me the color that I really wanted. After the test drive, he looked on the computer, found one and had someone pick it up from their other lot. On top of all that, they were able to give me a GREAT deal on the car WITH payments that won't "break the bank" I spent a little more for the vehicle than I intended to, but all & all, it was quite painless. Eddie is AWESOME. I went to this dealership because they had the exact car I wanted in their inventory. When I arrived at the dealership, Eddie warmly greeted me and we sat down to discuss the car I was int had the exact car I wanted in their inventory. He listened to my wants and not once did I feel like he was trying to sell me something extra. After going through the general details about the car and a bit of small talk, he went to bring it out front so he can explain what the car could do and to test drive it. The car was amazing and Eddie's knowledge of the car is spectacular, which definitely influenced my decision to purchase it. He knew every detail of the car from bumper to bumper! When we went back inside, we got down to the nitty gritty- paperwork. It was really busy that day so I had to wait before everything was finalized, but Eddie made sure that I was comfortable and would drive off with the car the same day. And I did.
