I had the assurance from their General Manager, Marc Steiner, that I would be taken care of and he was absolutely correct. Eddie Singh came over and introduced himself and we sat down with him. I expressed my needs in what I was looking for in a new 2013 car and he listened. Eddie listened - something the other salesmen at the other dealerships did not. I felt completely comfortable with Eddie as he did not try to sell me on extras that I did not want nor did I need in my new car. After I came back from the test drive we sat down at his desk and he explained every number that was written on the contract in detail. I had not purchased a new car in 15 years and Eddie made what I thought would be a difficult experience an extremely easy and pleasant experience. The entire experience of buying a new car at Meadowlands Nissan from discussing the purchase to picking up my Versa was as smooth as silk. We were so pleased with our experience at Medowlands Nissan thanks to Engell in 2010 that we kept in contact with him in order to make our transition towards the end of our lease as smoothe as possible. Anytime were were in for service since then, he was more than happy to assist in any way he could. He was also very consoling when he heard of my father's recent passing. Engell knew that my wife and I had recently had a baby girl and were planning to expand our family further, so the Altima was no longer going to cut it. He gave us the opportunity to test drive both the Pathfinder and the Murano stress free. He could tell immediately that my wife had fallen in love with the new Pathfinder and he assisted in our acquisition of said vehicle in any way he could. Engell knew our financial situation and our future plans of buying the truck after the lease was up and negotiated on our behalf to get us to a deal that everyone was happy with. I have to admit, I did not think that we were going to make the deal possible for us to afford and was going to be forced to find an alternative. Engell treated us with the respect that returning customers deserve and never did he force us into a vehicle we didn't love simply because of the fear of the financial unknown. I have recently acquired a leased Sentra that my father had driven until his passing and I have informed Engell that I will be keeping in touch with him and in 30 months when the lease is up, I will be right back in to see him and make yet another smoothe transition. Overall, there has not been one negative moment had while dealing with Meadowlands Nissan thanks to Engell. More
