I had decided to purchase my car at the end of its lease so when I walked in to the dealer and told Julian about it he immediately started off the paperwork, explained the process, took care of it all. I was done in just over an hour which i thought was extremely reasonable. George (finance) was very efficient and quick, too. I visited Meadowlands Nissan to purchase a 2011 Certified Pathfinder SV I saw online. The salesman, David Moran, was very helpful, courteous and willing to get answers to any questions I had. I hadn't realized that he was new to the dealership having only been hired a week earlier. David was very professional and respectful of my time there. I wasn't pleased with the tires on the vehicle when I purchased it. The next day, I did some research on my own and realized that there could be maintenance issues with the vehicle down the road because of the tires. I spoke with David, who elevated it to Paul. Paul listened to my concerns and assured me that Meadowlands Nissan would take the necessary actions to make me feel comfortable in the vehicle. Paul raised the issue to Marc Steiner who promptly took action by replacing three of the four tires on the vehicle (the fourth tire was brand new already). No questions asked.....and it was done the day the tires arrived at the dealership. The overall customer service experience is what really made the best impression for me. More

It took a few visits and a few test drives but we found the right car. We now have a new Nissan Rogue and wanted to thank Jonathan and the entire team for a job well done. Once he had a clear understanding of what I was looking for and what my budget was he showed me a few cars that fell in that category. Not only did I feel comfortable, I trusted him and that's when I knew I was going to purchase with him. He gave me options which was something that no other dealership was willing to do. I never felt pressured with Manny and I am very very happy with my Sentra. I love my car!
