I stopped at meadowlands Nissan looking for a maxima. I went to 3 other dealers and wasn't impressed with then. They were typical playing games, asking me what I want to pay like if I could choose my price went to 3 other dealers and wasn't impressed with then. They looked at my car, determined my needs and presented me with options. I was not pressured, nor asked wasteful questions. The whole thing took about an hour. Thank you for respecting my time. Dwight was great! It only took one visit to negotiate the price and model I wanted. And then the car was ready for pick up the next week. It was a hard car to find (Nissan Altima 2013, SL, black on black) but he was able to make it happen in the end. He is extremely patient, professional and respectful. The dealership in general has a very positive vibe to it and the customer service I received here made my entire car shopping experience worthwhile. At no point, I was treated badly or felt that I was pressured to make a decision. Jonathan did a great job in explaining my options to me, is very knowledgable, helpful and made sure I got a good deal. His manager, Xavier was very courteous as well. One of the customer service representatives actually told me, and these are her words, not mine, that "They aren't good at returning calls." Furthermore, I specifically asked Mr. Penambere for an additional,possibly small repair regarding a broken storage hatch located on the console between the front seats. He said he would speak to the technician about it. The repair was never done,nor was it even mentioned when I picked up my vehicle. I don't ever plan on returning to Meadowlands Nissan for service or purchase. And I would not recommend it to anyone. More
