As I walked into the location I was greeted by the receptionist. I informed her I was looking for a pre-owned car and she introduced me to Nelson. During the test drive he explained everything single detail about the car and all the features. After the test drive he pulled the car into the lot and let me look at the car inside and out, he wasn't pushy, let me take my time and answered my questions. We then sat down to review the car, and he presented the "CarFolio" which had carfax and all the important history on the car. I was "sold" this was the car I was looking for (2012 Nissan Altima Coupe), price was right, salesman was professional and the overall time I spent test driving, reviewing the carfax and completing all my paperwork was reasonable.
