I went for a oil change service on 12/19/2012, and they push me to change serpentine belt - FAN & ALTE. The sales person said if I don't change it, it might burn my engine so my engine will go without warr push me to change serpentine belt - FAN & ALTE. Here is the detail: The part cost 64.64 which market price is only 45.36. The worst part is the labor cost me over 100 dollar. It takes only 10 mins to finish and charge a ridiculous high price. I did sock but still pay them with no choice. Anyway, I won't be there anymore unless they figure this out. More

I bought a nissan Altima 2013 SV from Meadowlands, i would not say i had a great experience buying a car from here. There have been instances that i kept calling the dealership for the quotes and everyt would not say i had a great experience buying a car from here. There have been instances that i kept calling the dealership for the quotes and everytime I got the reply I will send you the quotes in an hour, next time you call them they will say Sir I got stuck with another customer. They promised me many things while purchasing the car from them. I was informed that they will put Weather matts and the blind spot mirror. When I got my car it didnt have both of the accessories as mentioned. They informed me they are out of stock will order and give them to me. I called back thrice and everytime sales representative would say I will ask my manager and call you back. If you have to ask about the things promised then please dont make the false statements. I guess blind spot mirrors and all weather matts dont cost more than hundred dollars. ANyways sales experience was also not good. Wish they consider their customers as their priority rather than doing a Fake promise. More
My husband and I lost two cars during Superstorm Sandy and needed a new car. We went to Meadowlands Nissan to check out the 2013 Pathfinder and we had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan De La Cruz who and needed a new car. We went to Meadowlands Nissan to check out the 2013 Pathfinder and we had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan De La Cruz who is, hands down, the nicest and most professional salesman my husband and I have ever dealt with, and trust me, we're picky consumers. Michael Rodriguez was also helpful and friendly, as was Melissa Loussaint, who originally set up our appointment. There was no pressure whatsoever and none of those annoying sales tactics of "let me ask my manager" or "the price quoted only applies if you take the car today," etc. During our first visit, Jonathan spent over 2 hours with us; showing us the various models, putting them side-by-side so we could compare and taking us for a test drive. He was patient, friendly, respectful and answered all our questions. He also knew the product quite well. The dealership honored the special VPP pricing since we were flood victims and gave us an excellent price. In addition, Jonathan promised to find us a car with the specs we wanted and he was true to his word. He located a car by the next business day, which was not easy because there were not many of that particular model available. When we went to pick up the car, Jonathan again spent considerable time explaining all the particulars. He followed up with a call a few days later to see how we were doing with the car. In sum, we were treated like family, something we greatly appreciated. We are so happy with the car and we definitely look forward to being repeat customers. More
