Service department sucks !! stay away !! when i Service department sucks !! stay away !! when i brought my car to fix my radio they had no idea what to do. blamed it on Xm , called xm wa Service department sucks !! stay away !! when i brought my car to fix my radio they had no idea what to do. blamed it on Xm , called xm wasted 2 hrs the day before left my car wasted entire day said we don't know what we are doing cant help you, called corporate, corporate said take it to someone else, i took it to another nissan dealer they fixed it in 45 min !!! Dealer is nasty Stay away !!! sales people lie to make a dealer and service department is horrible, they fire service workers at the drop of the hat , managers rotate like a revolving door. dealership is horrible. Michael Rodriguez is a great Sales Rep and a pleasure to work with. He has a great pesonalitly and made me very comfortable from start to finish. I've been to Meadowlands Nissan 4 times in the last 4 years to buy 4 new cars. The sales team led by Marc Steiner is second to none. Each time I have dealt with this dealership, Dwight has made the exp years to buy 4 new cars. The sales team led by Marc Steiner is second to none. Dwight and Paul are LIARS...Was there late August, first visit they couldnt do a deal with me. Second visit, i got a good deal . Signed the papers, put a deposit on the car. the car I wanted 2013 370z tour visit they couldnt do a deal with me. Second visit, i got a good deal . Signed the papers, put a deposit on the car. the car I wanted 2013 370z touring had to be ordered from the factory so Dwight said he was going to order the car Sept. 4. He said the wait time would be 6-8 wks. Waited a week to follow up,to see if any good or bad news. Dwight said no VIN # yet. Ok, I wait another couple of weeks. I was just curious to see if any other updates so I go to the dealer on OCT. 6. Dwight said he never ordered the car. He said it was difficult and refunded me the money back. Before refunding me the money back, he said to hold on to see if he can do anything but he just goes to the front desk and does a refund on my card. That's it. I get angry and start arguing with him. He then apologizes to me. What the xxxx and what the F*#& is that? You guys call that good customer satisfaction?????? LIARS LIARS LIARS......I wasted a ALOT of time there and and if Dwight had first told me it will be hard to order the car, I would have searched another brand of car. I am still disappointed at the fact that I, the customer, was lied to. From this bad experience I had with this dealership, I will never purchase a Nissan. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I am surprised how this dealership got high reviews. Maybe its the co-workers and friends who wrote them. More

My parents were looking for a new car. We went to this dealer with my parents and felt very welcomed. Eddie listened to my father with the information that he was looking for and focused on what hewanted, dealer with my parents and felt very welcomed. Eddie let my father test drive the V6 and a 4 cylinder 2013 altima. He was very patient, he did not overwhelm my parents or pressure them into buying. Michael was a great sales representative who helped me pick out my 2012 Rogue. I first came to the dealership interested in the Rogue but I did not think I would make the decision to lease the car that da pick out my 2012 Rogue. I first came to the dealership interested in the Rogue but I did not think I would make the decision to lease the car that day. He was able to get me a the car I wanted with all of the bells and whistles that day. He was friendly and was never pushy during his sale. He was able to work out a financial deal that I was happy with and his knowledge of the vehicle made my decision to purchase it that day even easier. I am completely satisfied with what I bought and he kept his promise to follow up with me the Monday after I made my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Michael to my friends or family interested in purchasing a Nissan vehicle. I should also mention that Gloria was also phenomenal to work with after purchasing my vehicle and got me set with my registration and paperwork. Both Michael and Gloria have great personalities that are easy to work with. More
