My husband and I were lured in by a great Internet price on the car of his dreams. Upon walking in Edward immediately greeted him and offered his help. We went in to look at a used maxima but with his help and expertise we were able to get a brand new one for nearly the same price! Everyone from the receptionist to the finance person was a pleasure to deal with and they explained everything to us. Edward worked hard to relay our concerns on monthly payment and they made sure to keep us within our budget. Eddie has the kind of personality that made us feel at ease and confident that our decision was a good one, without that, high pressure, usually associated with car dealers. The other employees we dealt with were equally pleasant and very professional. I liked the fact that when my wife and I had questions about the financing, they were answered in full and never seemed to be pressured. The paperwork process, which can be horrifying, was not at all. Driving off the lot with my new Maxima was exciting, while my confidence in the dealership and this product is very high. I came out feeling happy and satisfied with the overall experience of buying a certified used Nissan Altima 2011, thanks to Chris' and I believe the dealership's policy of haggle-free experience. I did not expect it to be so based on recent experiences when I went to visit other car dealerships before this visit, where I'd have to be defensive in order to be not taken in an unfair "deal". I even had to maintain an attitude of being ready to walk out if something does not sound right. Chris showed so much professionalism in the different stages of the buying process and showed transparency in the transaction. My options were presented to me in a manner and tone that did not include pressure and harassment and even bullying tactics like other sales persons in other dealerships. He was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction, and complemented my knowledge of the certified used car that I have researched earlier in their website. I commend Chris for showing respect and understanding of his customer/s which is very positive, for making the customer really feel that he is being helped, not tricked. I feel relaxed from the time I shook hands with Chris, to the discussion of my car needs, my available choices in the financing.
