My mother had actually seen (my new car) on their website the night before I came in. After two stressful days of not finding anything, the last thing I wanted to do was go to another dealership, but somehow, I got up the next morning and called to see if the car was still there. I spoke to Bill over the phone who works in Internet Sales and he quickly made an appointment for that same day for me. Being from Florida originally, I, of course got lost on the way there and had to call back for more directions. I spoke with Bill again, who was so patient and helpful with me. When I finally arrived, I met Jerry who somehow instilled a sense of calm over me and made me feel extremely welcome. As I stated earlier, I am from Florida, so my entire family still lives down there. My roommate had accompanied me to the previous two dealerships, but was unable on the day I came to Meadowlands. As a mid-20's single female, I am always wary and on guard when I walk into situations where I feel I can be taken advantage of, or scammed. It didn't happen at Meadowlands and I felt like family from the moment I walked in the door. Jerry went to find the car I had come in search of, but informed me it was at the body shop getting detailed. To my surprise, he offered to drive me to the body shop so I could see the car. I was so surprised by this! I wasn't sure if this was some sort of special treatment, or if everyone got treated so nicely. I'm gonna assume the latter. I was able to see and test drive the car, and was informed of the work to be done on the car. When we got back to the dealership it was time to sit down with all the paperwork and talk about price. Being on my own up here, I always cringe at the thought of talking about negotiating. My mother is the hard-headed one of the family and always calls me too nice. My main problem is that she wasn't with me. She wasn't there to be my brick wall who wouldn't back down. Luckily, I had begun to learn the ropes around dealerships/negotiating due to the previous 2 days of car shopping, so I was able to muster up some sort of courage. I had told Jerry what I was willing to spend, what I thought my trade-in was worth, and that my mother was "head honcho", so he'd most likely find himself on the phone with her at some point. He graciously smiled, and said that it wasn't a problem. Whew...I breathed a huge sigh of relief. Jerry did talked to my mom two different times on the phone while they were discussing the my out-the-door price. He was truly an angel. He went back and forth with his manager about the deal and for that, I am forever grateful. I had to go on vacation the next day, so I was able to put a deposit on the car and come pick it up this week. When I returned the following Tuesday, the car was clean, detailed, and ready to go. Jerry helped me call my insurance company to switch over information and was truly so patient when I never stopped asking him questions. He understood that I was a first time car buyer doing this alone and needed a place where I wouldn't be taken advantage of. After all of my paperwork was ready, I was able to meet with Anthony, the finance manager. Anthony was friendly, organized, and punctual. He had all the final forms ready for me to sign and wasn't pushy when it came to discussing any add-on features. He understood that I would want to talk to my parents about adding anything onto the car, and explained that almost all of the features could be added on at a later time. Although, I didn't spend the majority of my time with Anthony, I am now under the impression that every employee working at Meadowlands Nissan must be as wonderful and caring as these two guys are, or else the company wouldn't be ranked #1 in the state. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company, or these two guys, but I am happy to be part of the Meadowlands family! They always say, "Third times the charm", and I couldn't be happier that Meadowlands was the 3rd stop on my car buying journey! Thank you so much!!!!! More

When I first when to the dealership for the contest, I was taken care of by Christopher. We knew that eventually one of them had to be replaced. I told him I could not make any decision without my husband, Steve. He was very understanding and gave me his business card and I said I would be speaking with him at a later date. A week or two later I spoke with Christopher on the phone and he was still very understanding of our position. On or about 6/16 I received an email from the Nissan dealership about lease specials and other cars that were on sale. I spoke my husband, Steve and he said lets go there and see what they can do for us. On 6/16 We went to the dealership around 2:30pm. First we tried to get approved for leasing but we were declined. We did not leave there until 7:30 or 7:45pm that Saturday night. Christopher and the financial dept. worked very hard to get us something and even though we where there a long time. At first we tried to buy a truck for my husband but the payments were too high so that is when we decided on the Versa, by the way was Christopher's suggestion. I went home that night with a new used car. I normally don't like pushy salesman but Christopher was so understanding of our situation. He is definitely a wonderful asset to your company. I wish more salesman were as understanding as he is. I know your salesman make a commission but Christopher was and is an awesome salesman and person. We want to wish him the best of luck on his up and coming marriage. He deserves it. If I were ever in a position to buy another car or truck, I would go back to that same dealership because of your wonderful staff. Thank you for everything. The service in this location was a slap on a face, until I started dealing with the new manager David Knis. He went out of his way to satisfy me as a client, issues that I had with the car I purchased week I started dealing with the new manager David Knis. Highly recommend to ask for him before dealing with any dealers he will gyde you in the right derection and "listen" to you what you're needs are. If it wasnt for him I would of returned the car and never dealed with this dealership ever again, that has gave me a very pressured and unprofessional experience purchasing a car.Hopefully there will be more employes to give a proffesional and joyful experience wille bying a car and not get ripped off and get a quick forced sale from the sales people.. Before heading to Meadowlands Nissan I went to 2 other Nissan dealerships, and was very unhappy with both. From the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I pull off the lot, Jonathan made the my car Nissan dealerships, and was very unhappy with both. From the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I pull off the lot, Jonathan made the my car buying experience as simple and pleasant as possible. Jonathan broke down all the fees and payments, and even showed me fees that other dealers were charging me that really didn't exist. I was hoping to get the price down a bit lower, but am fairly happy with the final number we agreed on. I would definitely recommend Meadowlands Nissan, and to ask for Jonathan when you stop in. More
I originally wanted a used white Nissan Altima coupe 4 cylinder but the 2 that I originally intended to look at had already been sold and I was on a budget of no more than $20k to spend. Michael then told me that there was a grey metallic one that was on special internet price, fully loaded, and he showed it to me. I really hadn't considered any other color other than white but I actually liked the grey metallic and it looked great under the light but it was a 6 cylinder. He suggested we test drive it to see if I liked the ride. No harm in that. Once I did I was sold. With all the options, i.e navigation, bluetooth, 6 CD changer, keyless entry, just under $19k on internet price a powerful and very smooth ride for a coupe I was sold!!!! I have never been happier with my purchase and a car as I am with this one. And I'm glad that I opted for the 6 cylinder instead of the 4. And to be honest I love the color too and am glad that Michael suggested I test drive this car as it opened me to the other possibilities. Everyone was very professional. Michael was great and so was the finance department and the gentleman I dealt with for the additional warranty options I chose. Meadowlands Nissan is great. With the pre-certified guarantees and the warranty options I purchased in addition to that it was like buying a brand new fully loaded Nissan at a fraction of the cost. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and recommmend Michael as well. He was courteous, helpful and very professional and got me into a car that I love at a great price. More
I decided to stop in for a look and ended up walking away with a new car. The deals this dealership offers are hands down the best in the state. I got an excellent deal on a 2011 Nissan Maxima and was completely satisfied with the staff. Micheal Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with. I felt very comfortable talking to him right from the door. He was very honest, direct and worked with me right until the end. It was by far one of the easiest and smoothest car experiences I've ever had. I look forward to working with them in the very near future for my wife's purchase. A++++ More
