The service in this location was a slap on a face, until I started dealing with the new manager David Knis. He went out of his way to satisfy me as a client, issues that I had with the car I purchased week I started dealing with the new manager David Knis. Highly recommend to ask for him before dealing with any dealers he will gyde you in the right derection and "listen" to you what you're needs are. If it wasnt for him I would of returned the car and never dealed with this dealership ever again, that has gave me a very pressured and unprofessional experience purchasing a car.Hopefully there will be more employes to give a proffesional and joyful experience wille bying a car and not get ripped off and get a quick forced sale from the sales people.. I originally wanted a used white Nissan Altima coupe 4 cylinder but the 2 that I originally intended to look at had already been sold and I was on a budget of no more than $20k to spend. Michael then told me that there was a grey metallic one that was on special internet price, fully loaded, and he showed it to me. I really hadn't considered any other color other than white but I actually liked the grey metallic and it looked great under the light but it was a 6 cylinder. He suggested we test drive it to see if I liked the ride. No harm in that. Once I did I was sold. With all the options, i.e navigation, bluetooth, 6 CD changer, keyless entry, just under $19k on internet price a powerful and very smooth ride for a coupe I was sold!!!! I have never been happier with my purchase and a car as I am with this one. And I'm glad that I opted for the 6 cylinder instead of the 4. And to be honest I love the color too and am glad that Michael suggested I test drive this car as it opened me to the other possibilities. Everyone was very professional. Michael was great and so was the finance department and the gentleman I dealt with for the additional warranty options I chose. Meadowlands Nissan is great. With the pre-certified guarantees and the warranty options I purchased in addition to that it was like buying a brand new fully loaded Nissan at a fraction of the cost. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and recommmend Michael as well. He was courteous, helpful and very professional and got me into a car that I love at a great price. More

I got an excellent deal on a 2011 Nissan Maxima and was completely satisfied with the staff. Micheal Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with. I felt very comfortable talking to him right from the door. He was very honest, direct and worked with me right until the end. It was by far one of the easiest and smoothest car experiences I've ever had. This truly is a five star dealership with a five star staff. Very imressive. Overall it turned out to be a very positive experience and Mark and Mike were truly awesome. They were bound and determined to make me happy - get me the car I wanted - and did it all at a great price. It is a large dealership with a large selection, plenty of people to help you and that made the whole process move along quickly and pain free. You never feel pressured or intimidated. Even though this is a ways for me to travel, it was more than worth the trip. I will no longer waste my time at other dealership - Meadowlands Nissan is where I will shop in the future! I purchased a car from this dealership and everything was fine at first. The car initially had 25,800ish miles on it. Since everything was fine i decided to take a family trip down to long beach island, th fine at first. The car initially had 25,800ish miles on it. Since everything was fine i decided to take a family trip down to long beach island, that's when my tires started to make a weird loud noise. This was only 550 miles later. So I had to go to a Nissan dealership near LBI to get the problem checked out. The Nissan place near Long Beach Island said that it was my back to tires that needed to be replaced, the reason being that my tires were "Chopped" from wear and tare. I said that was impossible due to the fact that i barley even drove the car to put that much so called wear and tare. So I called the Meadowlands Nissan, the place I bought the car originally from to see if they can compensate me for the 433.03 that I had to pay for new tires. The only thing this dealer ship was doing was giving me a run around no specific help at all. First i called and spoke to Xavier he told me to call back and speak to some one else.I then spoke to Denise which told me to call Corporate Office. I then called Corporate Office and they told me to Call the Tire Company. I then spoke to another so called manager named David King where he told me to speak to Denise again. With all of this i still have not received any true answers or help. It has been almost 3 weeks now and a ton of phone calls later and still no help from Nissan what so ever. No attendant has helped me resolving the problem. Make sure the next time you want to purchase a car from here that you bring a set of car jacks and tire wrench so that before you leave the lot with your car you can jack the car up take off each tire individually and check it your self, because according to Denise once you leave the lot there is nothing they can do. Even there so called 150 point check on the vehicle isn't valid even though it's supposed to include checking the tires. More

WELL BEING I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT ABOUT WENT INTO THE DEALER WITH MY DOG BRUTUS IN A DOGGIE CARRAGE. MANNY TOLD ME ABOUT HIS NEW PUGGLY NAMED SUNNY. WELL BEING I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT ABOUT TRADING MY HUSBANDS CAR IN(SENTAMENTAL TO ME)THE WHOLE TIME I WAS CALLING MANNY SUNNY AND HE WAS ANSWERING. HE SAID TO HIMSELF (FOUND THIS OUT LATER)I MIGHT AS WELL ANSWER TO SUNNY IF SHE REALLY THINKS MY NAME IS SUNNY. LATER ON WE HAD A GOOD LAUGH. MANNY (AKA SUNNY) WAS WONDERFUL. We have gone through the price of the 2012 Nissan Altima in meadowland nissan's website... Test drive the car we looked at.. and could get the car in the Internet price. We want to give special thanks to Gloria in Finance dept.. She was really helpful in discussing various financing options.. Kudos to Eddie & Gloria. Before I came into this dealership I did a lot of research in regards to leasing. Unfortunately, while doing my research I read a lot of scams that dealerships do towards new customers who didn't kno research in regards to leasing. With Engell Capellan, I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. He was so respectful and helpful that I felt as if I was talking to a brother. He was straight up and not hiding behind the bushes like other dealership rep's do. He had so much information that other dealership's don't even try to explain. He was patient and most important HONEST. I wish other dealership rep's was more like that. All the negative research I found out was no where near in play during my encounter with Engell. If I didn't like his services I would have never took my time to rate and comment on dealerrater. Honestly, I can't wait to see the next model to my car. I will be returning to this dealership and getting a car for me and my wife all over again. Thank you Engell, I'll see you when the next model comes out!
