I needed a much larger car for my new baby & business being that my current vehicle was a convertible 2D PT Cruiser. I went over to Teterboro Chrysler to see what I could get as a trade-in...WHAT A DUMP being that my current vehicle was a convertible 2D PT Cruiser. I went over to Teterboro Chrysler to see what I could get as a trade-in...WHAT A DUMP to say the least. I couldn't run out of that place fast enough. Nissan was my next stop strictly because I was interested in the Murano. I was greeted as soon as I got in the door by a gentleman named Dwight. To my dismay there were NO used Murano's on the lot (the only reason I gave a "4" for overall experience) so within minutes Dwight took us around the lot to show us what was in-stock and more importantly in our budget. He was personable, happy and super easy to work with. I'm so grateful that this car dealership exists! Needless to say I left with a large SUV without breaking the bank thanks to Dwight, Marc and Anthony. I waited an extra year to trade-in my vehicle because I didn't want to deal with the aggravation and jerks at the dealerships, had I known it was going to be this easy I would have been driving a newer and larger car months ago! I originally brought my car into Nissan of Meadowlands 04/25/12 because I had a check engine light on. Theresa Rodriguez the Service Technician got into a verbal altercation with my boyfriend. She was ru 04/25/12 because I had a check engine light on. Theresa Rodriguez the Service Technician got into a verbal altercation with my boyfriend. She was rude and inappropriate to the customer. She insulted him telling him that he was not “certified” to make any judgments about the car and that “she could be his mother” in terms of the amount of experience she had working with cars. She told me not to bring him back to Nissan with me. They told me I had no oil because I did not do maintenance on my car. I was blamed for the lack of maintained and they said I had to prove I maintained my car with oil changes. If I was unable to show proof then my warranties could get voided. I only had my car for a year and they were insinuated that I caused whatever engine problems they found. They said there was no oil in my car. Theresa’s exact words was that my car was “bone dry” and that may have been the reason for my check engine light. They told me I needed an oil change, Engine flush, coolant flush and cabin filter. Of course none of this is covered under warranty. I let them perform the oil change. I went and picked up my car on 4/25/12 and noticed that there was a sticker on the bottom of my front passenger side floor. It was a sticker from Valvoline that showed I had performed an oil change. The tech from Nissan Meadowlands must have pulled it off my window and forgot to throw it out. The tech MUST of saw that sticker and knew I did get an oil change performed on my vehicle but failed to inform me of that. With that sticker I was able to go to Valvoline and get my receipt as proof that I took care of my car. I gave them the receipts that showed them I did maintenance. 5/7/12, a week later the light came on. Once again they told me it was due to lack of maintenance but now they told me it was because of the Nissan Dealership I originally purchased it from. Theresa Rodriguez the service adviser at Nissan of Meadowlands told me they refused to fix my car. Meadowlands Nissan told me even though I have two warranties they would not fixed my car. They told me I had to call Nissan of North America and tell them the dealership I purchased the car from was at fault. Theresa claimed Five Towns Nissan was to be blamed. She told me that they did not do an oil change since 2010 and they were to blame. I was told the total amount to fix my car was around $900. This dealership was unhelpful from the beginning and wanted to only perform the work if it was me paying. I want reimbursement for the diagnostic performed and the time I wasted going back and forth trying to show proof I maintained my car. I ended up bringing my car to another Hackensack Nissan and it was fixed. Everything that was under warranty was repaired. They were very nice and helpful unlike meadowlands Nissan. More

The pricing strategy they offer (no-haggle) is true to it's name. I tried, believe me. At the end of the day I bought the vehicle anyway because I knew from my research that the price they were offering the vehicle below what the market within 100 miles of me was offering for similar vehicles. Xavier was a straight up guy as the Sales Manager, and Gloria in Finance was a pleasure to work with. I would shop here again. More

He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and didn't push any one type of vehicle on me. I first test drove the Rogue and then I came back a second time and test drove the Altima. Eddie basically laid everything out on the table, and I made the decision to purchase the Altima. I didn't have a ride to the dealership the day I was supposed to pick up my vehicle, so Eddie arranged a shuttle service from Meadowlands Nissan to my house to pick me up. The dealership truly cares about their customers! More

I vahan had a great and friendly experience at meadowlands nissan dealing with Michael McGuire. I got the nissan rogue SL fully loaded Graphite Blue. No one had the color ,but Michael went out of meadowlands nissan dealing with Michael McGuire. I got the nissan rogue SL fully loaded Graphite Blue. No one had the color ,but Michael went out of his way and found one and went to pick it up at a short period of time.It was a gift for my wife because she just gave birth to our second child . I needed a safe suv and the color had to be blue,that is my wife's favorite color.Michael McGuire at meadowlands nissan made it happen.I don't think many saleman would do that in a short period of time .
