I recently purchased my new Murano from Meadowland Nissan, while this is my 2nd Murano it was my first from this dealer. Shopping here was a refreshing deviation from the typical high pressure sales Nissan, while this is my 2nd Murano it was my first from this dealer. My salesman Pierre Bonnet was friendly, personable and truly a pleasure to deal with. I briefly spoke to the sales manger Xavier who was very candid and seemed to really make an effort to understand my requirements and work out a fair deal. While completing the purchase paperwork I met with Gloria who was also very friendly, straightforward and did not pressure me into opting for any additional services or warranty that I did not want. All in all I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Meadowlands Nissan and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Nissan. More

Rating would have been a perfect 5, the only factor lowering the score from a 5 to a 4 is the length of time it took to receive my license plates. I followed up the next day. Left another message with Bill for Xavier (he was in the daily sales meeting). i waited two more hours, called again. Bill transferred me to Paul who told me the plates could be picked up in an hour. I'm not unhappy, and will use the dealership again, but the communication after the sale could have been better.
