This was my first car buying experience. I initially inquired online about a used car and Eddie followed up with me promptly about it. When I decided to buy the car, they were very fair and honest with pricing - no highly over marked prices that you had to "haggle" down. They priced to sell. They gave me a great value for my trade in and even lowered the price of the car based on some research I had done about actual value. They made sure I understood the warranty and all financials before signing anything and they were very accommodating to all my questions. I am a young woman who went car shopping, initially, alone. Many other dealerships I went into did not take me seriously or treat me with respect; however, at Meadowlands Nissan they welcomed me and treated me fairly. Overall, a great experience. My experience with the Nissan Dealership in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ was the best! My salesperson was Eddie Singh,and I have to say that this was the first time that I have ever gone to purchase a car, and Heights, NJ was the best! Eddie asked me what type of car I was looking for, I knew I wanted Murano but not LE though but I have never owned an SUV before, so I was a little unsure about the LE Eddie took me for a test drive of Murano LE, and I just loved the feel of the LE. He took us inside, gave us info on the car, answered all of my questions,and then proceeded with the process. I had decided to go for Murano LE so Eddie took my information and I waited in the spacious lounge area, while the numbers were put together. The funny thing is during my wait time i was so hungry ,I expressed the same to Eddie and he Offered me a Luch , THank you My freind. I filled out the agreement paperwork with another associate, who had me sign everything and asked for the payment! Eddie took me into the service area and all others, I was shown where to come for waht , and told what to do when I got there for my first service visit - very impressive! I drove my Murano home that day, first for me. All in all, it was the best visit to buy a car that I have ever had! Eddie was so delightful as were all of the other team and I will sing the praises of Meadowlands Nissan to everyone, every chance I get. More
