I would like to give my highest recommendation to Bob Hay. Both my mother and I leased our vehicles from Bob, and each time he showed us exceptional service, generous advice, warm friendliness and went Hay. I have always been happy with Nissan (my leased car of the past 20 years). I must confess that this otherwise unbroken record with Nissan was interrupted three years ago with dreadful service by one of your saleman (whose name I never recored). In frustration, I leased from Honda for the past three years. When my mother came to Nissan in December of 2010, she dealt with Bob Hay. She admitted that in purchasing/leasing cars for the past 60 years, Bob Hay was by far the finest saleman she has ever dealt with. On account of Bob I returned last November, and was similarly impressed. I only hope that Bob will be there in three years when I lease with Nissan again. I would return only because of him. My daughter needed to buy a new car in her name with "light" credit. Manny was very understanding, did not show her anything he knew she could not afford, gave her several REASONABLE options, and worked "light" credit. My husband and I had been looking for a used Nissan Pathfinder, with low mileage since we were going to be purchasing this car. I found one on Meadowlands Nissan's website. Eddie called us about 20 minutes after the email was sent. We wanted to make the car was still on the lot because we would be driving about 1 hour and 45 minutes to see the car. We arrived at the dealership to find that they were still doing some owrk on the car since they jsut received it in. The dealership had set us up to have lunch at a neighboring establishment while the SUV was being finished. Once we arrived back the SUV was done and we got to test drive and their were a few things wrong that we said we wouldn't purchase the SUV unless they were finished. We were assured they would be fixed and we could come back down mid week to pick up the SUV. When we arrived, everything was fixed as promised and we signed the paperwork and were on our way home. Eddie evened called the falling day to follow up with us. Too bad we live so far away or we would defintiely be going back there for service. Our overall experience was excellent!! More
