Was not very impressed with this location. Dropped my car off Thursday around noon and did not get a diagnosis on my car until Saturday mid day. I came for my complimentary free oil change and I was told it’s not free anymore. I had to get a wheel alignment with it or pay for the oil change. I will go elsewhere for my oil changes. Oil change appointment and a a rattling noise that I wanted looked at. About 1 hour and 45 minutes later, my car was not done, so I asked the guy behind the counter when is my car going to be done, cons wanted looked at. About 1 hour and 45 minutes later, my car was not done, so I asked the guy behind the counter when is my car going to be done, considering that about another 10 people came and were gone, and I was still waiting. Another guy came out and told me that the oil change was done a while back, but they don't have the time look at the noise issue. Unbelievable, they made me wait because they didn't have the time!!! I dropped off my rogue at 930am. I explained that I wouldn’t be staying for the service (oil change, recall for backup camera, and servicing the a/c), I was told great that the car would be ready at 5p wouldn’t be staying for the service (oil change, recall for backup camera, and servicing the a/c), I was told great that the car would be ready at 5pm, they would call me. I hadn’t heard from them all day so I called at 330pm the woman who answered the phone ,Jackie, said oh I think they had to order a part and they are waiting for it to come in or they ordered it and are putting it in now. I asked her to please check and call me back. She didn’t call me back so I called again at 430pm and no one answered. I was never informed that I would not be getting my car back on Friday, which would normally pose a problem seeing as I am an essential worker but just happened that my days off that week were Friday and Saturday. Saturday morning I called around 9:20 and was told by Jackie that the part had come in, they were putting it in, would be making sure it worked, and do the 27 point inspection and then they would call me in about an hour. I called back at noon after not hearing back for 2.5 hours that it should be done soon and Jackie would have someone call me when it was ready to be picked up. I was called back at 130pm to say it was done and would I be picking up the car today, I said yes I need my car and was told ok be here by 3pm when we close. When I arrived to pick up my car I was told that the bill came to 42 dollars and change I said for what the gentleman said for the oil change I said no as I told you yesterday I bought the car here then I had to wait for him to take it off the bill. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The lack of communication and information is shameful. I didn’t bother to express my dissatisfaction at the time because I did not want to get upset on my days off as my life is stressful enough. More
