Well just got told they change hands one week ago made an appointment for a simple oil change got told it would take an hour on phone with appointment . Got there service manager told me hour and half well appointment for a simple oil change got told it would take an hour on phone with appointment . Got there service manager told me hour and half well took one hour forty minutes for oil change and tire rotation with appointment .Would not use this dealer for service . As they promise one thing and don't follow threw not like people that owned it prior. More

Great We came to Performance Nissan today to look at an Altima and were greeted by Muhammad when we walked in. We told him which car we would like to see and he was happy to pull the car up and let us test drive it. After the drive we talked numbers and he was able to get us the car we wanted for the price that we could afford. He was not pushy at all and was truthful in his answers to our questions. We are very happy with the service we received and highly recommend Muhammad and Performance Nissan!! More

Above and beyond... Wow, that's what i call service I had dropped off my 2013 for routine service and was driven by one the employees to my job which is less than a mile away. When I was called later I had dropped off my 2013 for routine service and was driven by one the employees to my job which is less than a mile away. When I was called later in the day that my car was ready I was in a meeting with customers of mine that went way longer than I thought. When I called Performance back and told them I had no idea of when I would be able get to them they had the same mechanic, I believe Al (I hope on right on that one) who dropped me off in the morning came to my place of business knocked on my office door as I still had my customers and dropped off my keys and told me my car was parked out front. I was so blown away and impressed by this act of kindness, caring and customer service. I deal with people every day, I know how important excellent customer service is. This was excellent service. The kind I like to provide to my customers. Well done!! Hope to be a customer for years to come. My Nissan was purchased at Route 23 Nissan. I love my Altima . Tim, Wayne and Michael in particular were terrific and a pleasure to deal with. Everyone I've met at Performance thus far have made me feel like a valued customer.
