I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worse enemy. The day I went to pick the car up it wasn’t ready. Waited in his office for hours only to find out the part wasn’t fixed. Gave me a loaner and came back next day to get car. Drove off lot and the car started making weird noises and got message on dash saying brake failure. Drove back and the mechanic took it for a spin and came back and said if it happens again just press the brake very hard and it will reset. Made no sense at all. Well, when I was heading home it happened again and car shut off. I was at that dealership every day ever since having the car looked at and was never offered another loaner again. Finally he said he was going to fix it and make good on his promise. He had my car for almost a month and every time I called or emailed him it was a different excuse and if I kept calling him I was harassing him and then told me it’s not his problem if I can’t get to work and that there are ways of going to work like a Uber or Lyft...I was ready to reach through the phone and choke this man. You take my money and give me a unsafe vehicle and I’m harassing you. I called the BBB, DMV and news channel 8 on your side. I reported him and fought with credit card company and took a while but got outlet money back and gave him his car back to him exactly how I got it..with no brake fluid, no gas and not a card in the world. So NEVER EVER will I step foot into his propert nor recommend anyone to buy a car from this rude and demented man. More

THE HAGLER GUYS DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM ROUTE 69 AUTO SALES!!! BEWARE I WAS SOLD A CAR THAT FLOODS EVERY TIME IT RAINS AND HAS PREVIOUS WATER DAMAGE. THEY ALSO C DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM ROUTE 69 AUTO SALES!!! BEWARE I WAS SOLD A CAR THAT FLOODS EVERY TIME IT RAINS AND HAS PREVIOUS WATER DAMAGE. THEY ALSO CHARGED THE BATTERY BEFORE I PICKED UP BECAUSE THE ALTERNATOR IS BROKEN AND DOESN'T KEEP THE BATTERY CHARGED. HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ROUTE 69 I WAS VERY POLITE AND WANTED TO SEE WHAT THEY THOUGHT IF IT WAS RIGHT? THEY TOLD ME TO DEAL WITH IT ON MY OWN EVEN AFTER I TOLD HIM I HAD A 30 DAY WARRANTY THAT CAME WITH THE CAR. I CALLED THE PROSPECT POLICE. THE DISPATCHER AND OFFICER BOTH INFORMED ME THIS IS A REALLY UGLY PLACE TO BUY A CAR FROM. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE NEWS, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, LOTS AND LOTS OF REVIEWS TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO ME. Buyers Beware First Red flag should be when they tell you sales in Cash Only! Second manager Mike is bullying, vulgar, outright rude. They write in agreement that there is a 30 day warranty but when radiator, cracked sway bar along with transmission needed replacement all within the 30 time limit we were denied all but the repair of cracked sway bar and that was an argument and struggle to get repaired. In fact their own mechanic didn’t see the crack! I had to go into their garage get under car and show the mechanic! OSHA WOULD HAVE HAD A FIELD DAY WITH THAT ONE! Needless to say after only one month the car now resides in my local salvage yard! Stay Away read all reviews first More

Do not waste your time. I saw a car online that I wanted to purchase. Called the company and asked if the car was available. They said yes it was there. Great!!! Called Friday to double check if the car was still available. They said yes. Ok...called Saturday to ask for address and was heading down to the place. I was then told the car has been in the shop.....then I was told the picture that I saw was not the car but a picture OF the type of car they have....wait what??? Man was very rude when I questioned him why would they put a picture of a car they never had. I then said ok...let me come down to see if I like anything you have because at this point I'm not sure if I want to do business. Man got so upset and started yelling saying if you think your going to come down here and spend your simple 2000.00 bla bla. I had words and hung up. So many red flags and now that I'm seeing all the negative comments and the negative replys from the company... I'm glad I kept my 5000 in my pocket. Lol they are hilarious trying to sale broken down cars. I ended up going somewhere else and I'm glad I did. More

No integrity Sold me a car on monday. It was driven home parked in my garage and hasnt run since. Today is friday. I have been in contact with them 6 times and eac Sold me a car on monday. I have been in contact with them 6 times and each time was told that the "head" mechanic would come out to diagnose the issue. But nobody has shown up nor have they even offered to have it towed to their shop. Now they are giving us attitude. I will be contacting local DMV and BBB amongst others. Oh and the hood lift supports are broken on the car also. Guess they missed that when they supposedly "serviced" it before the sale. Run away from these sleazy used car salesmen. More

I'm a 90% disabled Navy Vet Was lied to on Memorial Day of all days. Was told the Explorer was clean carfax, but found out today it had been in 2 accidents. Dave told me he doesn't have time to pull all of the carfaxes, yet their website has every car linked to carfax by VIN numbers. Also, he said well no airbags were deployed so what is the problem. Are you xxxxx kidding me? My wife set the owner up in a lie and he lied straight to her face. These guys just dont care about anything but money. And their website has nothing but 5 star reviews. These guys are liers. I gave 11 total years to my country and this is how you're going to treat me? More

They will tell you what you want to hear just to pocket a dollar. They’re good liars. Don’t trust them at all. They cars might be at a good price and it might look good from the out side but trust me it’s all a scam. I was scammed by this AutoDealer. Everyone there is a team in scamming people especially John, Dave and the Owner. The owner is very rude after papers are signed and he has pocket your money so don’t trust his calmness and collectiveness when first entering his dealership.They are so bad they will clear out their check engine lights on their cars only to pop back up when papers are signed, purchased and of there lot. Trust me it happened to me. I purchase a vehicle from there back in March thinking it was gonna be reliable until this day I still haven’t driven my vehicle. When going back to pursue the car issues I was given the run around, excuses and justifications. Their behavior, actions and character changed and was very unprofessional they didn’t want to help at all them knowing they sold me a lemon -unreliable car -instead told me the papers are signed, we can’t do anything you will have to deal with the issues that it have now and kick me out of there dealer by telling me they was gonna call the cops if I didn’t leave. I’m a low income single mother of two kids. I work hard for my money to be scammed like that now I’m walking and taking busses to take my kids to school, appointments, day care and work due to everything being so far. I’m very upset and very disappointed me and my kids are suffering this major scam and loss. How terrible that there’s people in the world like them and that they are in business. Avoid this place like a PLAGUE!!!! I recently bought a 2003 Volkswagen from this place and was worst experience possible, it took almost two months after putting my down payment for me I recently bought a 2003 Volkswagen from this place and was worst experience possible, it took almost two months after putting my down payment for me to finally get my car and almost a month after paying in full. The salesman that sold me the car quit because of how shady this business is. Almost every time I called trying to figure out what was going with my car I was left on hold for 20+ minutes, when I finally got ahold of who I needed to talk to they just gave me excuse after excuse. After getting the car multiple lights went on, it’s over four thousand dollars in work because this business is fraudulent and most of the employees are liars. The transmission is shot, the steering column is cracked and leaking, and even though they said they replaced them I still need new breaks, rotors, and tire rods. They only care about how much money line their pockets, not about the customers at all. Mike, the owner, personally attacked me and called my father and I idiots, screamed at us and extorted us into taking down a previous review or they wouldn’t release my car. You are better off going to a junk yard than buying a xxxxbox from then. I stupidly did not read the reviews about this place and I regret it everyday, take my advice DO NOT GO HERE. More
