Internet sales just want you to call, when you do they just try to get you to come into the dealership. Don't seem to want to answer pricing questions until they get you in there, very frustrating. I just tried to call Rowe Ford about my bill from a spark plug, The Works Oil change and new lug nuts on Tuesday of this week. I was charged for SHOP SUPPLIES ($47.97) and OTHER PARTS ($24.00). Am I paying f plug, The Works Oil change and new lug nuts on Tuesday of this week. I was charged for SHOP SUPPLIES ($47.97) and OTHER PARTS ($24.00). Am I paying for the paper towel in the shop? I have been coming to Rowe Ford - The Quick Lane - for five years, but after this trip where I was quoted at around $400 and paid $668.24 and waited three and a half hours - I will not be back. I feel ripped off. More
