I found a guy I could totally relate to that spoke straight. We joked about being "Old School," but there's no better description. Jason Burns was able to share information without embellishment; sharing positives and correcting my misconceptions in a non-judgemental manner that made me feel as though I was speaking with a good neighbor across the driveway fence. The product is a superior piece of mechanized technology, as I am learning more and more each day.
