I purchased My 2022 F250 Super Duty in October of 2021. After my purchase I have had issues with the truck, the same issue has came up 7 to 10 times with no resolve. I have been lied to on every encounter After my purchase I have had issues with the truck, the same issue has came up 7 to 10 times with no resolve. I have been lied to on every encounter with them. I have been told the issue has been fixed every time it has been in, the truth is they have no idea what they are doing or what the problem is. It would be easier to digest if they told me they are not capable of fixing the issue because they are not qualified. I have recently found out from one of their employees that they do not have a diesel mechanic on site which could be part of the issue. I have lost months of work because I do not have my vehicle which means I have lost thousands of dollars. They should be paying for this truck while it sits in their shop not being worked on or they should buy the truck back for what I paid for it because it is always broke. I will make sure to never suggest them to anyone and I will never do business with them in the future unless they make this right. Stand up for your brand, own your mistakes and take care of your customers. More
I took my truck their, they did not do any work on it. But they kept it for 2 months and did not do anything. Don, the manager told me he would help me out. I have a new truck that I bought at that dealer, I will not bring any warranty work their. Then I called for an estimate, he never called me back after I picked it up. More

On service i just took my truck in for maintenance My service writer Kristen was right there took care of me, they got me in and out in no time. Happy Customer! I'm on my third year of my lease of a Ford Escape. Told Danny Maison what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. Last summer I had a clunking in the rear end. Last minute, drove it in there, manager of the Service Dept. said, "lets go for a ride". He kept it to work on and they gave me a brand new Explorer to use, which I fell in love with! Last week, I had a idiot run into the back of me when I was stopped at a light on Utica and Common. Took my car into the Collision shop Thursday afternoon, they took pics, ordered the parts, called Monday and said they had an opening. I took my car in Monday noonish (work was estimated to take 3 days), they called Tuesday afternoon that my car was ready. When I picked it up, it looked brand new. They even washed and vacuumed it out. Awesome service and Jackie was so nice to deal with! More

Their work has not been what you'd expect from Ford experts, In fact it hasn't been acceptable! More

I drive a leased 2014 Focus (automatic) from Roy O'Brien Ford. Shortly after getting the vehicle I noticed that it shuddered at low speeds (5-10 MPH)... usually during my commute to and from work (rush hour). I have taken it to Roy O'Brien Ford's service department on several occasions only to have them keep the vehicle for 3-10 days and then return it to me saying it was fixed only to find out... it shudders and occasionally stalls at low speeds. Finally, I took it in and had one of their "service technicians" ride along with me. After only two blocks he told me to head back to the shop and that the vehicle had a clutch shudder. Once again the vehicle was returned to me after several days and still shudders, although now only seems like it wants to stall at low speeds (but hasn't as of yet). Finally I called the service manager/director and left a message asking that they contact me to discuss this matter. I have given up waiting on them to return my call. Every month when I pay my lease I throw up in my mouth a little bit. I can't wait to turn this vehicle in and I warn everyone who asks and anyone who will listen to stay away from Roy O'Brien Ford. More

He would not write an estimate for me and proceded to demean me. 3 other Ford dealers gladly wrote estimates for me. Is it any wonder that the two F-150s I have bought since 1997 have been bought elsewhere. Where do you think my next truck (F-250) will be bought at? Does Roy O'Brien not mind losing customers? More
