Best Sales Experience I don't usually look forward to heading out to buy a car. I headed to Royal Jaguar Land Rover after being sent information from a car search. My sales person was Nathan Clarke. He was the best ever. Friendly, informative and easy to talk to. Everything was right up front. No haggling, no pressure. The asking price for the vehicle was perfectly in line with its value and Nathan (and Royal) went right by the Kelly Blue Book price which I had already researched. And it might, but it also means going above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I live in Scottsdale (about 100mi from Royal's dealership in Tucson), but Nathan Clarke and team handled everything remotely and even took the time out of their Saturday (I imagine their busiest selling day of the week) to drive my new wife's Range Rover to my doorstep and walk me through all of the ins/outs of the tech features. He even went out of his way to bring my wife flowers to help celebrate the new car. If you're in the market for a Land/Range Rover, definitely give Nathan and team a buzz! More
