I was told by someone I respected that the Land Rover was a good solid SUV. So I called to find out where the dealership was. A very helpful fellow named, Tom, answered the phone. He was a gentleman. He explained slowly and clearly how to get to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership, I asked for him, Tom Padula, and he introduced himself. He asked me why I wanted an SUV. From that moment on he continually described the utility of the Land Rover in a detailed way, that related to what I had initially told him my needs were. At the same time parked right next to me in the showroom was a breathtaking Jaguar XJL sedan. So while Tom was showing us the Land Rover he would answer my questions about the Jaguar XJL. He did all this without seeming to be pushy or trying to sell both cars. Finally we decided on a Land Rover. However, I could not stop looking at this Jaguar XJL. He asked me what kind of car I owned. He then started to compare and contrast the Jaguar XJL with the 2011 Mercedes Benz I owned. He did two things; he asked how this particular Jaguar would satisfy my current needs, and then in an interesting detailed way, explained what this car really was and is. By the time my wife, myself and Tom Padula were finished, we left the dealership with a Land Rover and the Jaguar XJL. Because we had the luxury of dealing with a highly intelligent, extremely competent man named Tom Padula. I would say, it's Thomas Padula who made it easier. Day-1 , I walked in to their show room and a warm welcome. He took around to show me all the available cars and my decision was easier to pick the right one for my luxury, need and with in budget. They made much simpler and seamless in terms of finance and paper work. The deal was made in a day and I was all set to take off my new car on the roads. Especially, when I was specific about the Car color to be RED, Thomas padula helped me in identifying the right model in RED. Being an Indian, we always believe in auspicious days and timings when it comes to purchse and pick up a new car. Thomas Padula was indeed so welcoming and helpful. He respected our beliefs and delivered the car on an auspicious time in the early morning which mean a great deed to our systems and beliefs. (Thanks for heading to work pretty early in the morning to deliver the car). Their entire team believed in what the customer believes and that gave me a blissful purchase experience.He took around for tour, detailed every single aspect in the car for couple of hours. Another first here, this was our first time dealing with Royal Jaguar Land Rover Tucson. Our Sales Representative was Tim Taylor who we found to be most knowledgeable of the product line. Tim took ample time to preview the vehicle and answer all of our questions completely. At no point did we ever feel rushed or pressured. Tim was great to work with and was very sensitive to our needs throughout the transaction. The negotiation process and closing was professional, fair and efficient. I very much appreciated the Centre Manager, Mike Boniti for taking the time to join in and deal with us directly instead of the customary process seen at most dealerships where the decision makers remain cloistered in an office far and away from the customer and use sales staff as go betweens. We traded in a 2012 LR4 as part of the same transaction. We were very pleased with the trade in offer and felt the purchase price of the Range Rover was also fair. I will certainly keep Royal Land Rover at the top of my list for any future purchases and would not hesitate recommending them to others. More

First a little background. I have purchased many different type new and used vehicles is my lifetime. For this experience, the most notable European models being two Volvo’s a Mercedes and Jaguar (all were great automobiles). After being overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan as the Director for Waste Management for 8 years supporting the American Wars Fighter I returned home disabled. With my family growing and in my condition we were in need of a larger vehicle. Along with my deteriorating health, my credit had gone south and after several failed attempts at other dealerships trying to purchase a used vehicle, I was convinced that this is not going to happen and had proven itself as inevitable. From the minute I drove on the lot at Royal Jaguar / Land Rover of Tucson was without question, a different experience and in a category all by itself. During my search, I was eventually greeted by a friendly no pressure, informed professional Michael Totman who was not only easy-going but sincere and made me feel welcome even after understanding my dismal situation. I had located a used Land Rover Range Rover HSE that could be a perfect fit for my family, but I had doubts because of my credit. After discussing the Range Rover with my wife (who is working in Afghanistan) and contemplating overnight our dilemma I returned to the dealership the next day. I met with the Manager Mike Sitzman who appraised my trade-in and then sat down with me. After evaluating my impasse Mike requested that I provide the information required as he rounded up the troops and put the wheels in motion. Mr. Stizman’s took control of my situation and he has proven to be a rare breed of true professional. Mike had the ability to identify, evaluate, and then provide the correct direction to my complex issues. I would say that his high proficiency of knowledge in the car business has made him a leading expert in his field and one of the few professionals who cares. He is not only on top of his game but brings extreme value to the Dealership. Who takes the time with someone that took a record setting three weeks to see that my family and I owed a Land Rover- Mike did!! Mike you showed that caring and persistence gets the job done and for that my family and I from our hearts thank you. While there may be many choices a person could make regarding a vehicle purchase, after what happened here, I highly recommend Royal Jaguar / Land Rover of Tucson but only if they are looking for someone who cares and is undoubtedly the best in the business.
