Decent experience; however, mentioned experiencing noise with electronic motor on front passenger seat. Was informed upon pickup that the tech could not reproduce. This is the review I posted on google I've been a long Royal Moore customer from 2001 when They use to sell and service Pontiac. I've had great experience purchasing and servicing from Royal Moore Subaru & Toyota. After my interaction with GMC's Service manager today, this will be my last visit to ANY Royal Moore. 2 weeks ago I brought in our Yukon in for an Oil change, I paid online and picked our vehicle. Today I get a call from the service manager telling me they didn't get the payment even though the screenshot shows that it was paid (the same screen shot they sent me). They wanted me to fill out their link that asked for DOB and a payment plan to complete the payment. Which I refuse since I paid online using Apple Pay which doesn't require any of that info. Long story short, I told them I have no problem coming in to make a payment, if they cancel the online transaction, that way I wouldn't be double charged, I also didn't want to give out my card number over the phone but would rather pay in person using Apple Pay. I also asked him if it wasn't paid, why would they release the vehicle to me. This is where he got very defensive and irritated, and said "I'm just going to comp your oil change, and put a note in your file that you can't pay online anymore, since that's what I'm looking for" I don't understand how he can assume that I wanted a free service when I already paid for it before picking up my vehicle. So because I paid online, and there was something wrong with their system, it's an issue I have to deal with. I never heard of any repair shop releasing a vehicle if the payment wasn't received, but somehow it's my fault. I also don't understand how the service was "comp" if I already paid for it. By telling me that you comp my oil change, you're assuming that I didn't pay for it and the oil change was free. Even-though it clearly shows that I paid it using a link they provided after the service was complete. Dealing with this service manager is probably one of the worst experience, that includes Sales, and Service from many interactions with dealershps I've had in over 20+ years. More

The service was good Amanda was very helpful. My only problem that I have is why a simple cabin air filter cost $49.95 and the labor cost to replace it was way to high for a 10 minute job. I can go to Walmart and get the filter for around $20. I will still bring the car in for service cause it is my granddaughter car. We need to make everything is working like should for her safety.
