Pushy Sales People who use pressure tactics I went in to purchase a new car today. The sales Rep Jennifer was really awful. She was extremely pushy, was very vague about the prices, she could te I went in to purchase a new car today. The sales Rep Jennifer was really awful. She was extremely pushy, was very vague about the prices, she could tell me how much my car note would be but couldn't tell me how much the car cost. I then requested to see some preowned certified car, which made her extremely angry and she even lost her temper. She told me that the bank I got the approval from Capital one would only finance a new car and that the interest rate on a used car. She was talking down to me and treated me like I was dumb. I then told her that I have 2 college degrees in finance and I understood how interest rates worked but if I could still see the used cars they had available at the dealership. She flat out refused and walked away. I don't know if she was having a bad day, or if her pressure tactics usually work with other people, or if simply she only gets commission on brand new cars but I know what I want and but her behavior was extremely unprofessional. Needless to say, i will not be purchasing my car from there. More

I walked into this dealership looking for a decent used car. I have somewhat poor credit (not horrible) and had no idea what kind of money banks would lend me. I noticed a really nice Mitsubishi eclipse spyder right out front with the top down when I pulled in and thought to myself "man, if only" Lo and behold, without me even mentioning it, that was one of the three cars they suggested and were sure they could get me financing on. This thing is spectacular, only 45k miles, I got it under the blue book value and with payments I can easily afford. The guys made this whole process completely painless for me. All I had to do was provide proof of income, get some references, and they got to work and made it happen. I was thrilled with the experience. And the car... Just wow. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Seriously, give them a look. More

Brad at Royal Nissan was patient throughout my shopping process and had a variety of vehicles he pre selected for me to try out. The entire process was very 'turn key', Royal did all the prep work for me. I ultimately decided on a Nissan Maxima and I am more than happy in my choice! I have had the vehicle for four months now with absolutely no problems, but t he Lifetime Warranty on the vehicle gives me peace of mind that everything will be taken care of if there are ever any problems. I can't speak more highly of the service, selection and sales assistance at Royal Nissan. I will definitely go to them when buying the next vehicle for my family. More
