Everything started good, once I got the text of my consultant and tried to start the communication via text there was no response to any text. The car was there from Monday to Thursday and every day I consultant and tried to start the communication via text there was no response to any text. The car was there from Monday to Thursday and every day I tried texting and not get the response, so every day I had to call to get an update on my car. As we were getting closer to the final work to be completed I ask by phone the consultant to please call me on Thursday morning to let me know if the car will be ready that day. I did not get the call from him I had to call again at 10:40am to get the status and know if the car was going to be ready. The only time I got a call was on Thursday when the car was ready. I got to the dealership and I had requested a multi inspection on the vehicle that was in my invoice but did not receive the results. I talked to my consultant and asked him to share the results. He was not able to provide them that day and he said he would email me the diagnostic. I confirmed the email with him and I’m still waiting for the email and I’m guessing I’m going to have to call again and ask for the results. So every day of this week I had to make a call because I was not getting answers via text and not getting a call from my consultant. More

My car's issues were a mystery. Rudolph service techs did a lot of work to finally pinpoint the issue. They communicated updates to me almost daily. They were great!
