Needed a midsize truck I visited Runde Chevrolet looking for a better midsized truck. I had bought a Toyota Tacoma and didn't put it through what most of my driving was goin I visited Runde Chevrolet looking for a better midsized truck. I had bought a Toyota Tacoma and didn't put it through what most of my driving was going to be. Needless to say it was not what I needed. The Chevy Colorado has 30 more hp and a lot more torque. I drive U.S. 61 a lot and the Tacoma rarely got to high gear because of the hills. The Colorado is very seldom out of high gear which enables it to get the advertised gas mileage. Mark let me take the truck for about 45 min. so I could check the truck out in the hills and it didn't disappoint. He was very helpful and professional through the whole process. Also we weren't there all day like at some dealerships waiting on paperwork. More

This company is a joke. They sold me a car that was burning a lot of oil and I worked with them for 3 months to take care of the problem and I just got the run around. I called another dealership who i burning a lot of oil and I worked with them for 3 months to take care of the problem and I just got the run around. I called another dealership who informed me that my vehicle has a special warranty for the issue. I made it further with them in 10 minutes than I did with Runde in 3 months. If you want to feel like a valued customer I would suggest taking your business somewhere else. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. More

I like to deal with the "out the door" price rather than a price plus all of the taxes and additional fees. Jacob remembered this when I returned to buy my second Traverse. I also appreciate that there are no document fees at Runde. I take good care of my vehicles and Runde has never tried to undercut my trade-in value. Since I'm not a local customer, Jacob had my Traverse delivered. The delivery driver was personable and professional. He switched my plates for me and explained a few of the changes on the 2020 Traverse. I can't say enough good things about Jacob, Runde and their service. I highly recommend them. More
