Unprofessional staff Made an appointment to take my car in, wasted my time going I was sent back home without my car being diagnosed by an actual mechanic. Service advisor Made an appointment to take my car in, wasted my time going I was sent back home without my car being diagnosed by an actual mechanic. Service advisor drove my for few minutes stated that he cant “replicate the problem “ and sent me back home. According to the service advisor, it is normal for a 2018 Maserati Levante with 7700 miles to make loud noises when braking the car. More
