Peter was excellent. i had taken my Gran Turismo in for a 'check engine' light. he explained the minimum charge of over $200 for diagnosis. in the end, he waived the charge because it was such a minor issue (gas cap was not tightened) and he still had my car washed. Peter is a great new addition to the Mazerati service center. More
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE----STEALERSHIP-------------------- called in the maserati dealer, rusnak, talked to the service adviser before taking the car in. the adviser gave us a price. took the car in, an hour called in the maserati dealer, rusnak, talked to the service adviser before taking the car in. the adviser gave us a price. took the car in, an hour later received a call saying that the car has an issue and cant perform a programming. the BODY CONTROL MODULE was replaced and needed to be programmed. before we took it in, we scanned the body control module and the only code there was the IMMOBILIZER NOT CODED. delaer wanted $600 for the programming instead of $200. we agreed. received a call saying they cant do it and the $600 is to start with, it will go higher. i denied the repairs, dealer adviser said that i still need to pay the $200 because they have done something on it. which is not what we wanted. we only wanted to get the BSI reprogrammed. this is very unprofessional and i am not going to buy anything from their parts story either. shame on rusnak maserati dealer, service dept More

Nice waiting room but the lack of refreshment and snacks This is my first Bentley, But the accondations were sub standard. BMW of Long Beach had Coffee, water, juice, soda, tea and pastries. Also I live in Kern county and I read online if an item is shipped to you , you pay the sales tax in the county where you receive it, no one was able to verify that information and the business office was not helpful at all. Fixed our steering wheel shimmy the first time! We purchased this vehicle else where and took it back there for servicing and this wheel shimmy issue. They could not repair it after several visits We purchased this vehicle else where and took it back there for servicing and this wheel shimmy issue. They could not repair it after several visits back to them. We took our vehicle here, and they found a defect in the front suspension on our first visit. Thank You!! Now that we found a dealer that can properly diagnose defects and repair them we will be bringing our vehicle back knowing we will be taken care of. More
