Much improved I recently took my wife's Ghibli in for routine service. I was kind of dreading bringing the car in the Rusnak Maserati because past experiences ther I recently took my wife's Ghibli in for routine service. I was kind of dreading bringing the car in the Rusnak Maserati because past experiences there have been horrible. This time things were quite different. The service rep Raffe was professional and courteous. He promised the car back same day and delivered (much different than previous service encounters at Rusnak).
