Very unhelpful. We purchased a new A6 from them in 2013 and with regular maintenance and less than 85000 miles and no warning the engine was damaged. Audi finally got back to us stating it was just "too bad" for us and estimated over $10,000 for repairs. This appears to be a problem with the A6 model - so other buyers beware! More

Very non personable sales person My wife and I, visited your dealership last Saturday to look at a 2020 SQ5. My 2017 A6 lease is coming to an end so that's why I'm interested in look My wife and I, visited your dealership last Saturday to look at a 2020 SQ5. My 2017 A6 lease is coming to an end so that's why I'm interested in looking at a new vehicle. I spoke with her a few times over the phone before coming down to look at the vehicle. I will admit that we came in towards the end of the day however, her interactions with us left a lot to be desired. She also gave me inaccurate information telling me that Audi, will pay for the remaining payments that we have left which is 8 more payments on our lease. I later found out that Audi, will only pay for the last 3 payments on our lease. I wonder if I would have bought the vehicle Audi, would have later sent me a bill for the other remaining payments? More
