Rusnak/Westlake Audi

Great group of service folks Been taking both my Audi’s since I got them and didn’t even buy it from Rusnak. The one Audi dealer tried to tell us we need brakes and the car was a Been taking both my Audi’s since I got them and didn’t even buy it from Rusnak. The one Audi dealer tried to tell us we need brakes and the car was a a3 TDI and had 20,000 miles. I knew it didn’t and stopped going there. My 2nd Audi I purchased from another dealer. During the tome I bought my Audi I saw a service person pulling out to service a car and was parked parallel. The person hit the car behind him and just kept going. These guys have been professional and have been going here since 2014. Easy folks and there to take care of the issue and do it right. Wouldn’t go to another dealership and will buy my next Audi from Rusnak. More

They were waiting for me when I drove in, my work order was waiting, Jessie asked if there was any other concerns they needed to address while my car They were waiting for me when I drove in, my work order was waiting, Jessie asked if there was any other concerns they needed to address while my car was in for the big 75K service, I said "No" then Jesse personally escorted my over to the loan vehicle area where I was given my freer loan Audi... When the major service was completed, Jesse called me to let me know I could pick up my A8, and I did with out any complications... Major service completed with no problems or surprises...
