A Great Experience All-Around My wife and I had been looking for a brand new Audi SQ5 in Daytona Gray for months, and had tried to negotiate with other dealerships to no avail. After deciding a certified pre-owned Audi would also fit the bill, we traveled to Rusnak Audi Westlake to take a look at one they had in stock. When we arrived, they notified us that the car had sold the night before and were very sorry for the inconvenience of driving out to see it. They mentioned they had a brand new SQ5 in the same spec coming in, and we ended up negotiating the deal I had been looking for for months. Everyone we worked with were professional, kind, and willing to negotiate without taking us for fools (as some dealerships do).
