Just bought my truck I understand it was a used vehicle but I shouldn't of had to have the brakes installed on them and wasted another half of my day in travel time to bring the truck back down i was givin but I shouldn't of had to have the brakes installed on them and wasted another half of my day in travel time to bring the truck back down i was giving a loaner vehicle which was nice but had to but gas in that because it was on empty and I brought it back on almost 1/2 of tank of fuel Ed in service took care of everything awesome job this was my second mistake with Russ Darrow first time was when I came down to test drive the same vehicle I purchased and I had a appointment to drive it but someone else already had it overnight so on e again another wasted trip so I would say 2 strikes against your company More

Over all the customer service was great. I brought my car in for routine maintenance on Saturday, March 1st and was asked if I’d like a complementary car wash, I said yes. I brought my car in for another issue on March 3rd, that required the dealership to keep it over night, which I was fine with, but my car was dirtier than it was when I brought it in, and with this service (that I paid for) I was asked when I dropped the car off if I’d like a complementary car wash, and said yes.
