I stood in front of the service desk for several minutes while 2 employees worked on the computers. Neither one looked up or acknowledged my presence. I had an appointment for 10:30 . I walk in said hello stood there in front of the counter and waited for someone to acknowledge me finally got a can I help you . Clerk checks me in told me to have a seat in the waiting room . I waited 3 hours I finally got up to check on what was taking so long I was only getting an oil change and tire rotation alignment. They never even started on my car , the girl never had me fill out the paperwork to work on my car she only put information in the computer. She had forgotten she was the one that had checked me in . I told her to just give me my key they had to find it and my car one of the workers had it in his pocket . The worker found my car by pressing the key fob I left waited a while then called the service department operator to reschedule I told the operator what had happened she gave me and appointment for the next day . Never should I ever have had to burn gas making two trips to the dealership all because the staff has poor customer service and don’t know what they’re doing ,no smiles unhappy to be there working . The place has changed very unfriendly. I felt so unwelcome . The second appointment was just a little better . More
