I am not satisfied with the work they did on my car. I got the car yesterday and it is driving the same and the engine light came on today. Had my tires rotated and oil changed, it took almost three hours. This is way too long. I’ve had so many issues with maintenance that when I finally figure out a new purchase I would never return. From me paying hundreds for a problem that was never fixed and then being told now they know finally figure out a new purchase I would never return. To my battery not being properly reattached and my car shutting off for seconds as I drove while my steering wheel locked up. When I addressed the problem when I returned because it wasn’t doing that before I got it serviced the guy just looked at me and told me they forgot. That’s a HUGE safety issue. I felt that was so inconsiderate with me being a long term customer and how I approached the problem very mild mannered. Rudeness gets you nowhere and I felt his response was rude so I just stopped. More
