Car wasn’t ready for delivery and had to wait a couple hours with no one acknowledging our presence! Left them with entire service records on trade in. Finally got second key, nobody installed computer radio navigation chip, or gave any tutorial on features of new car! Was not any memorable moment, but we all ready got your money now go away! We almost went to Schlossmann’s next door to borrow tools for a licsense swap and car wash, but we’re told we are expediteing it as far as possible. A J raised his hand toward us and motioned with a new customer no one else would take over,they were all outside smoking! More
Half truths I went in with my nephew who is a recent college graduate looking for his 1st car and knowing exactly what car we wanted to look at. We test drove the car and asked for the Carfax. We found that the Carfax showed “rear damage reported”. Nick said that it wasn’t necessarily an accident just that there was a repair done in the rear of the car at some point. Get ready here is where the half truths begin. Being concerned we asked if we could take it for an independent inspection to verify everything was ok. Nick said we couldn’t because they would have to go through the inspection process again on their end. However if we purchased the car we had 3 days to return it after purchase. Half truth, what he didn’t mention is that it’s a return for credit on another car NOT a money back return.Nobody ever mentioned that until he tried to return the car when he found out there was a $650 AC problem after he bought the car. We started talking price and said we saw the car online for $14,512. That price was ONLY if you have a trade in worth about $1500.We left without making a deal. The same night we called Nick back and said my nephew would come back if they sold him the car for $14,512 without a trade. Nick spoke to his manager and said that would work and agreed to the price. My nephew went back the next day on his own and they tried to sell him the car for $15240. Of course this is not what was agreed on. Nick finally gave him the agreed price and he purchased the car. He took the car for an inspection the day after he bought it and found that there was no issue where the rear damage was that we saw on the Carfax. The inspection did show a AC issue that would cost $650 to repair. The inspection sheet in the window did indicate an AC problem but nobody ever mentioned it and we didn’t see it. So I guess it’s buyer beware if you buy from them. My nephew immediately went back to say he wanted to return the car based on the 3 day return policy which is when he found out the whole truth that you can return the car for credit only. Are you kidding me, why would we deal with these guys again.Please make sure you ask a ton of questions and look carefully at the inspection sheet. Read the fine print about internet pricing and don’t expect your money back if you discover a problem the day after you purchase. More

Terrible management job Walked into dealership and the manager Nick said he would help get me into a car I had seen at another location. Shows me one on his lot and said let me crunch some numbers. I'm sitting in the waiting area with the salesman Aj talking about regular stuff. Almost an hour goes by and Aj returns to me saying that the managers are in a meeting and for me to call back the next day after 12 noon to see any progress on the deal. The next day comes and I call Nick only to get his voicemail. I inform him I was in the previous day and would like to know what's going on if we can or can't get a deal going. I never hear anything back from him since the day I walked in. Terrible customer service and they ran my credit too many times now my credit has taken a hit which will not come off for 2 years. Thanks Russ Darrow Mazda. I hope no one considers buying from them if this is the type of treatment they are giving. I guess that's the "Darrow difference". More

Typical car dealer. Ready to get scammed. I don’t even know where to start with this. I suppose the beginning. This is your typical car dealership. You can expect to try to get scammed from the second you walk into the second you leave. They’ll show you one price and interest-rate and then when you go to sign the paperwork‘s there will be a different price with a hugely inflated interest-rate. You’re also going to have to purchase a $2000 paint protection coating. At the time I purchased my vehicle, I was promised something by the salesman which was also backed up on Mazda USA’s website. When it came time for me to redeem what it was that I was promised, I was given nothing but hassle and run around by the dealership. I eventually received what I was promised to, but had I not been persistent I would not have. It took me 6 months of attempts to achieve this. After I received the service I was promised, I was told it would be no charge, as promised at time of purchase. When I went to go pick up my vehicle again, they tried to charge me. I feel like again, somebody who doesn’t put up a fight would’ve ended up having to pay for something they were promised for free. It would have been $500 On top of all of this, the technician disabled my navigation system while I was there so now I have to mess around and get that fixed. It’s been 5 days since the dealership told me they’d sent me my Nav chip and it still isn’t here. Finally, my car was left smelling like oil and it was not washed as part of the service was supposed to include. From start to finish the entire transaction and service was amateur at best. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. Or returning for service, not even the free services. More
