Misleading parts sales While waiting for an oil change tire rotation. The service clerk came into waiting area and asked if I wanted the engine air filter changed $40. I said sure I’m to busy to go to auto store and do it myself. When the bill came I was charged for two air filters. One for the engine and another for the air cabin. Only the $40 engine filter was mentioned, the the $40 cabin filter which I was also billed for. I think this is sneaky and misleading, they just threw the other filter in without adoring then charge me for it. I think they should either remove it or not charge me for it. I probably could’ve gone to parts store and replaced both myself for $30 not $80. I don’t like shiesty xxxx like that. Scammers...... More
